ZipMessage is a tool that lets you easily send video and audio messages to your contacts. This integration with LACRM lets you log sent video/audio messages in your contacts' Histories, and will also automatically create new contacts in your CRM if a new lead sends you a ZipMessage.

Any time teammates need to have a back-and-forth conversation but our calendars are too blocked up for another meeting, we just send someone a ZipMessage!
They can then reply with their own ZipMessage, and we end up with a thread of our video conversations -- it's like having a meeting that always works for everyone's schedules.
